Hi! I'm a Tai Chi instructor with over 20 years of experience. I have earned several respected certifications including ATCQA and Tai Chi Foundation credentials.

My journey started when I discovered Tai Chi as a young adult. I was fascinated by its combination of movement, mindfulness, and holistic wellness. Since then, I have dedicated my life to sharing the art, helping students improve balance, strength, and inner peace.

Teaching is my passion. Every class is an opportunity to guide people toward better health and greater harmony of body and mind.
